Jay Bozios – Owner/CEO
Health and fitness can be a very intimidating space to navigate alone. I didn’t realize this until I was in my early twenties. Whether it was my dad dragging me to the gym as a teen or my sports coaches having mandatory team workouts, the what, when, why and how was always provided. By my sophomore year at Florida Atlantic University, I no longer played competitive sports and was living four hours from home. This meant I had nobody to tell me when and what to workout. I understood the “why”, I enjoyed seeing my body transform and understood the lasting impact it would have on my current and future health.
During my remaining years at college I joined the local gym and continued the training as I had been taught my whole life. Although my goals had slightly changed through the years, the core exercises and principles remained the same. However, it was those final years of college where I realized not everyone had the same training past as myself, or maybe they did at one point, but had gotten “lost” along the way. I wanted to help those who were searching for answers. This is what inspired me to educate and motivate those who were unsure about the what, when, why and most importantly, the how.
Health and fitness is a multi billion dollar industry that is ever changing and can sometimes be a challenge to keep up with. There is a lot of conflicting information, whether it be nutrition related or the misconception of doing countless hours of cardio is the only way to lose body fat. My goal is not only to clear the confusion but to make my clients understand that they can make SUSTAINABLE life long changes while enjoying the process. If this is something interests you, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
